The People’s Hi-Tech Army provides expert and timely on-site service.

Timely:

This service is designed for businesses and home offices that need their computer assets functioning, yesterday. If your in a hurry, or your equipment cannot leave your location, then on-site service is for you.

An expert technician will be dispatched to your location and their only mission will be to get your system up and running ASAP.

We try to maintain a response time between ½ and 1 day. Usually a call for service can be answered first thing the next morning. To do this, less-critical calls may be rescheduled.

Convenience:

You need not battle the weather, traffic, or use your time bringing your computer into our shop. A courteous tech will come to you an fix your problems.

Cost Cutting:

If the situation arises, we will offer to insert your machine into the front of the queue at our local retail repair shop. This can drastically reduce both your bill and your wait time (as compared with taking in the PC on your own.)

Pricing:

Currently, pricing runs about $55/hour for on-site service with additional trip fees based on distance from shop.  Please call for more details.
