All computers entering our store are given some of the most thorough diagnostics in our industry.  It typically takes a day to perform all of these services depending on the age & size of your computer and it's problems.  Customers in a hurry can request abbreviated diagnostics.

Diagnostic fees are due when computers are dropped off.  ALL of the diagnostic fee will apply towards your repair should you decide to repair your computer.  Members do not pay diagnostic fees, only the low flat repair rate.

The diagnostic package includes:*

• ALL COMPUTERS ENTERING OUR CARE ARE GIVEN FULL BACKUPS BEFORE ANY WORK BEGINS!!!!
  
• Full Hard Drive and file system diagnostics.
• Cases are checked for signs of dust and debris.
• Power Supply check on desktop PCs.
• Windows Update check.
• Temporary and cache files removed (we no longer remove cookies)
• Virus, Adware, Spyware, Greyware, Malware scan.

* Some diagnostic procedures may be bypassed if they do not make any sense.  For instance, checking a dead hard drive for virus.
